The Stephen J. Edmonds Learning Center at St. Vincent Pallotti High School strives to accommodate the needs of students who have been diagnosed with a mild to moderate learning difference. A program designed for students who have been diagnosed with mild learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and/or physical disabilities. Students enrolled in the Learning Center receive services such as study skills, notetaking, information retention, organization and time management instruction. Students are also encouraged to be self-advocates and to explore how one's disability affects one's ability to learn.
If you wish to be considered for the Learning Center please complete the application below. Enrollment is limited and there is an additional cost associated with this program. Please note that an interview with the Director of the Stephen J. Edmonds Learning Center, Mrs. Diane Kime, will be required of all applicants. The interviewing process includes a brief screening of reading, writing, and math abilities. To finalize the application you must submit a copy of your student's most recent psycho-educational evaluation to email@example.com.
